September 13th was a momentous day for our Farmers of Hope in San Isidro, Davao in the south. After weeks of planning and coordination, the farmers finally broke ground for some new projects. This is a result of a partnership between NVC and local government units and the generosity of our donor, Control Union Philippines. It took a lot of meetings with our ground partners and discussions with the farmers themselves but the team was able to come up with a three-year plan. We are excited to see what the next three years bring!
