In January 2015, the fiberglass plant we turned over to Sagay, Negros Occidental, produced its first batch of Peter Project boats. These boats, donated by Metrobank Foundation and Leslie Foundation, are bound for Capiz. The Sagay fiberglass plant, built under NVC’s livelihood program, was turned over to the local community, which was also hit by Typhoon Yolanda. This plant is NVC’s second; the first was turned over to Javier, Leyte.
