Donors within the United States are able to make tax deductible contributions by donating to the US entity due to its 501(c)(3) status. Negrense Volunteers for Change – US is a non-profit entity established in the United States, with the sole purpose of funding the Philippines organization. All donations will be channeled to Negrense Volunteers for Change – Philippines (link) regardless of donation method selected.

Donations processed online via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s fee structure. PayPal offers discounted transaction rates for 501(c)(3) registered organizations. As a qualifying charity with 501(c)(3) status, NVC is currently in the process of registering for preferred rates with PayPal.
