A 15th Anniversary Project
On August 20, 2025, NVC Foundation turned 15. To celebrate this milestone, we officially launched Project Q, short for Project Quince (Project 15). For this project, we gave qualified families a starter brood of chickens consisting of one young rooster and two young hens. In addition to the three chickens, families also received a bag of feed, a feeder and a waterer. With this brood, families could soon expect a steady supply of eggs as a source of animal protein. Any eggs that the family cannot consume can be sold to earn some income.
Sponsorship of one set of chickens is P6,000 (about USD105). Donors are given a token ornament in the shape of a chicken named Q.
The first set of families who received their mini flocks care of this project received their chickens at the end of August.
