The Asian Development Bank-AGAPP initiative to provide Mingo Meals to over 3,000 kinder-level kids in Negros island and Bicol kicked off today with an orientation dry run in one school. AGAPP and ADB representatives from Manila, and a ground partner from Bicol, joined NVC volunteers from Bacolod and Hinigaran for this event.
