Mingo enters Biliran province in Eastern Visayas through our partners–JDR Mission Partners, Inc. and Victor A. del Rosario. Biliran is one of the smallest provinces in the Philippines and was also hit hard by supertyphoon Yolanda.   Victor posted on his Facebook wall: “Thank you and God bless Negrense Volunteers for Change/Millie Kilayko thru Alyne Batano for positively responding to our request for Mingo powder supplies for this 6-month home-based feeding program for 500 kids in Naval, Biliran. It is our hope and prayer we can implement this to the 26 brgys/chapter in our town. Praise to the King. We are praying for more mission partners for this purpose.”   JDR Mission Partners is an independent charitable aggregate religious society. They provide support in the form of feedding programs, school aid and college scholarships, and assistance to the sick, elderly and disabled, among others.
